Timelines and cost estimates shared in a proposal are based on the requirements discussed. Any change in scope afterwards may revise the timeline and cost, which we will always confirm with you in writing first.
We commit to the schedule in your proposal and keep you updated throughout. Timelines may shift if requirements change or if feedback or content from your side is delayed.
Reasonable revision rounds are included as defined in your proposal, so the final product matches what was agreed.
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We provide post-launch support as agreed in your proposal. Ongoing maintenance plans are available on request.
Your business information and project details are kept confidential and used only for project discussion and delivery. We never share them with third parties.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits arising from the use of deliverables.
